The service
IssueStash is a tool for tracking a comic collection, keeping a buy list, following reading guides, and — for comic shops — seeing what connected customers want. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Use a real email address you control: it's how you recover access if you forget your password. One person, one account; one shop, one store account.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your settings; access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't prorate partial months. If a payment fails, the account returns to the free tier — nothing you've tracked is deleted.
Store accounts
Store accounts are reviewed before approval, and we can decline or withdraw one. Claiming a shop you don't own or operate is grounds for removal. A shop may only use a connected customer's buy list to serve that customer — not for marketing, resale, or sharing with anyone else.
Catalog data
Comic metadata and cover images come from third-party catalogs (Metron and VerseDB) and from their respective rights holders. Release dates and Final Order Cutoff dates are estimates drawn from those sources — confirm them with your distributor before ordering. Suggestions and story summaries are generated automatically and can be wrong.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload or scrape the service, don't use it to infringe anyone's rights, and don't try to reach data belonging to other accounts. We can suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
IssueStash is provided as-is, without warranty. We can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for purchasing decisions made using catalog data, demand figures or FOC estimates. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose — you can export your data at any time from your settings.
Changes and closing your account
These terms may change as the service does; material changes will be noted here with a new date. You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
