Death waits... Famed author Titus Caropin is stuck with a bad case of writer's block and keeps pushing back the release date on the seventh book in his best-selling series. He has run out of inspiration, and even karaoke can't seem to bring the old magic back! But when Titus gets a visit from the Grim Reaper, his biggest fan who just wants an autograph (and Volume VII of his fave series), the pressure to finish his latest book becomes unbearable. A wordless meditation on death and the creative process, VII is existential slapstick at its best - showcasing both the fluid style and narrative ingenuity of first-time author Thom, who proves that the right picture can truly be worth a thousand words.
