Marvel Masterworks Tomb of Dracula HC Vol. 6

About this issue

High-stakes storytelling pulls long-running characters like Quincy Harker, Rachel van Helsing and Blade into a final reckoning that leaves no one untouched Marv Wolfman, Gene Colan and Tom Palmer are at their peak here, weaving their ongoing saga with key side stories and the return of old allies in masterful fashion. Quincy Harker and his vampire hunters have long fought to end Dracula’s undead reign, but their mission takes a brutal turn when the Count’s son is killed in the crossfire. If you thought the Lord of Vampires knew no limits before, prepare to be shocked by his wrath! As the greatest horror series of the 1970s drives toward its conclusion, Dracula confronts his maker — Satan himself — who renders him human. Sunlight doesn’t suit Dracula, but Lilith has no interest in restoring his fangs. Someone will, though, and when our heroes face him in their final battle not everyone is coming out alive. The death of Dracula’s son ignites one of the Count’s most fearsome and personal rampages, reshaping every alliance in the book. Marv Wolfman, Gene Colan and Tom Palmer collaborated on every issue of Tomb of Dracula over an unbroken six-year run. With extensive access to original art, the restoration in this Marvel Masterworks presents these stories with greater fidelity than ever before!
